Wow! What a difference! We are so excited to get rid of the "spider bushes". Art came with his backhoe and pulled them all up. The HOA is going to put in a "low-water" feature in the front entry.....but I think we're just going to put sod down by our patio. We might have to put in some kind of bush or something to "hide" the gas meter. It can't be too prickly though or the gas man will not be a happy camper. The only sad thing is that the baby quail have had their nests there for the past few years.
We do know that we need to include some googley-eyes....because we need to know where we stand with the dirt......Tell us what you think about our ideas!

It looks so different! Have they removed all the bushes in the entire condos? It is going to look a lot more up to date. And now what will we jump over? But the kids wond have to walk "in the road" to get on the grass:)
I am saddened at the loss of the Spider Bushes! I remember running and jumping over those things everyday for like 18 years.... and now they have gone the way of the Do Do. Sigh.
Oh well, maybe you can plant some yummy raspberry bushes there? Delish.
